freevCardQR does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal data. The QR code generator runs entirely in your browser. The contact details you type, and any logo you upload, never leave your device. We set no cookies, use no analytics, and show no ads.
Names, phone numbers, email addresses, company details, links, and uploaded logo images are processed locally by JavaScript running in your browser. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party. Closing the tab discards them; nothing is saved.
This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Like virtually all hosting providers, Vercel automatically processes technical data when your browser requests the page — your IP address, browser type, requested URL, and the date and time of the request — to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: secure and reliable site delivery). These logs are managed by Vercel and are not used by us to identify visitors. We do not set cookies or use local storage, analytics, advertising, fingerprinting, or social media embeds. Fonts and all code are served from our own domain — your browser makes no requests to Google, CDNs, or any other third party when you use this site.
Under the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), and similar laws, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is typically nothing for us to act on — but you can contact us anytime with questions or requests, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we treat all visitors to this site the same way regardless of any “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal — there is simply no tracking to opt out of.
This website is operated from India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we would be required to obtain consent before processing your personal data — but because the generator runs entirely in your browser, we do not collect or process any personal data at all, so no consent is required. In accordance with the Information Technology Rules, 2021, any grievance may be sent to hello@freevcardqr.com and will be addressed within the timelines prescribed by law.
This site does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). Since no data is collected, no parental consent mechanism is required.
